🌴 Afro Nation Portugal 2026 Information

Afro Nation is recognized as the world's biggest celebration of Afrobeats, Amapiano, Hip-Hop, R&B, Dancehall, and African culture. The main event returns to Portugal for its sixth edition.

Dates: Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5, 2026 (3 days).

Location: Praia da Rocha Beach, Portimão, in the Algarve region of Portugal.

Age Limit: The event is strictly 18+.

Focus: The festival is a global meeting point, gathering tens of thousands of music lovers from over 180 countries to celebrate African music and culture.

🎤 Confirmed Lineup Highlights (as of the current announcement)

The 2026 line-up is set to feature major international headliners and rising talent. Confirmed artists so far include:

Headliners/Main Stage: Asake, Tyla, and Wizkid.

Special Guest: Gunna.

Other Confirmed Artists: Kehlani, Ludmilla, Mariah The Scientist, Olamide, Niska, Awilo Longomba, Bien, Darkoo, Djodje, Young John, and Theodora.

The festival will also feature a dedicated Piano Stage for Amapiano artists, and a new space called Afrotronic, dedicated to rhythms like Afro House, Afrotech, and Amapiano.

Tickets for General Admission and VIP passes are on sale, with prices increasing as tiers sell out.

The event does not offer camping.

Packages that include 5 nights of accommodation (typically July 1–6) and a festival ticket are also available.
