Terms and Conditions - AlgarveNow Online Store
These terms and conditions apply to the AlgarveNow online store and all customers who make purchases on our website. Any omission from these terms shall be governed by the applicable customs for distance sales and the rules of the AMD - Portuguese Association of Direct Marketing's Code of Ethics and Fair Practices.

Objective
The purpose of these conditions is to define the rules of sale between AlgarveNow and the customer, covering the entire process, from ordering and payment to delivery and after-sales services.
Orders
To place an order, the customer must provide:

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the product prices, descriptions, and these general sales conditions. AlgarveNow only processes orders within the limits of available stock. If a product is out of stock, we commit to informing the customer as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
In case of an order cancellation by the customer, AlgarveNow will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 business days.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery costs and times will be communicated at the time of purchase. By finalizing the order, the customer accepts these costs and times.
For more detailed tracking, the customer can contact the carrier's customer service. An email with the order's tracking details will be sent before shipment.
If the order is not claimed from the carrier and is returned to AlgarveNow, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs for a new delivery. Free shipping campaigns are only valid for the first shipment and do not apply to reshipments.
Payment
AlgarveNow offers the following payment methods:

AlgarveNow does not have access to our customers' payment details and will make every effort to ensure maximum confidentiality and security of the information transmitted via the internet. Failure to pay for an order within 48 hours will result in its automatic cancellation.
Exchanges and Returns
Customers have 14 days to exchange or return any product purchased, by contacting us via email at algarvenow@hotmail.com. During the Christmas period, we will accept returns until January 6th.
Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging.
If the value of the exchange is higher than the initial value, the customer will have to pay the difference.
If it is lower, or in the case of a return, the customer can request a refund via bank transfer.
AlgarveNow does not accept exchanges/returns of intimate items or items whose original packaging is damaged. Items offered as a gift or bonus will not be refunded.
Shipping and banking costs associated with returns are fully borne by the customer. AlgarveNow will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned item.
If the return is caused by a logistical error on the part of AlgarveNow, our company will cover the costs of the return and the shipping of the correct product, after prior contact with the customer. We do not accept returns with postage due or cash on delivery.
Defective Items
If an item is received with a defect, the customer must send it to AlgarveNow for analysis within a maximum of 14 days from the order shipment date. The customer can contact us via email at algarvenow@hotmail.com.
If the defect is confirmed, we will send a new product for replacement.
If the same item is out of stock, the customer can choose another item of equal value or request a refund of the amount.
If no defect is found, the item will be returned to the customer, who will have to pay the shipping costs (€2.95).
Missing Products
If the customer receives an order with missing products, they must report the issue within 14 days of the reception date. Unless otherwise notified, all products are shipped in the same order.
Responsibility
AlgarveNow is not responsible for any inconveniences or damages resulting from the use of the internet, such as service interruptions, intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.
Personal Data Processing
The customer authorizes AlgarveNow to automatically process their personal data, especially through the use of cookies. In case of password loss, the customer can initiate the recovery process in the "Recover Password" section.
AlgarveNow Newsletter
The AlgarveNow newsletter consists of emails with promotions, offers, and information sent to the customer's email address. The customer is automatically registered for the newsletter when they register with AlgarveNow.
Full Agreement
These terms of sale constitute the full agreement between the parties. If one of the clauses is considered void due to legislative changes or a judicial decision, the remaining conditions will remain valid. AlgarveNow reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies to this contract. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
In case of a dispute, the consumer may resort to a Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity, such as CNIACC - National Center for Consumer Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org), under Law no. 144/2015.
